We want you to be satisfied with your Pin Kit subscription. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.
Refund Eligibility
- New subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively.
- Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase. Monthly renewals are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Exceptions
- Multiple refund requests from the same user may be denied.
- Refund requests made after the eligibility window may be denied at our discretion.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we may temporarily suspend your account while the dispute is under investigation. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly.
